Welcome to Zentry (zentry.ir). By creating an account, submitting a project request, or commissioning custom Telegram bot / Mini App development, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services

Zentry provides Telegram ecosystem tooling, custom software development (Bots, Mini Apps, Web Applications), automation webhooks, and digital growth consulting. Specific project timelines, deliverables, payment milestones, and technical requirements are governed by individual client proposals and RFP questionnaires.

2. Client Responsibilities & API Compliance

Telegram Platform Terms: Clients must ensure that their bots and channels comply with all official Telegram Bot API Terms of Service.
Authorized Content: You represent that you possess all intellectual property rights and necessary licenses for all content, course materials, media, and branding provided to Zentry.
Prohibited Uses: Services cannot be used for malicious spamming, phishing, distributing unverified financial schemes, or violating applicable privacy regulations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Full Code Ownership: Upon completion of agreed payment milestones for custom client projects, all bespoke code, custom designs, and database schemas developed specifically for your project become your proprietary intellectual property.

Zentry retains ownership of its core internal libraries, pre-built bot templates, and proprietary deployment infrastructure utilized across projects.

4. Service Level & Infrastructure Availability

We build systems designed for 99.99% availability utilizing Cloudflare edge workers, serverless webhooks, and Supabase cloud infrastructure. While we adhere to rigorous engineering standards, Zentry is not liable for temporary service interruptions originating from upstream Telegram API outages or global internet routing failures.

5. Proposals, Quotes & RFP Process

Submitting an initial project brief or completing an RFP questionnaire does not create a binding development agreement until a formal quote or contract is approved by both parties.

6. Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activities, abuse system endpoints, or fail to adhere to agreed payment schedules.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zentry be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from third-party platform policy modifications (including Telegram platform updates) beyond our reasonable control.
